Camp F.A.C.E Team
Counselor Development
Our counselors speak English (B2+) and, while German is not mandatory, we ensure smooth communication by pairing counselors with bilingual counterparts. They are chosen for energy and character – teamwork, respect, creativity and cultural appreciation.
Leadership Workshop w/ re:flow: We are excited to cooperate with re:flow, a Bremen-based agency for organizational development, facilitating our counselor leadership development workshop this summer.
Learn English or German – passively while having a great time!
English is the main language at camp. Many counselors also speak basic to fluent German. It’s a great opportunity for kids to practice languages naturally while playing sports and activities.
