Lead, Support & Grow

As a Counselor in Training (CIT) at Camp F.A.C.E, you support our counselors in running daily activities while helping to create a fun, safe and positive experience for younger campers.

Your role is to coach and guide campers, bring high energy to games and activities, and set a strong example of teamwork and leadership.

Together with the counselors, you help manage camper groups, build a supportive environment and contribute to the overall success of the camp program. It’s a great opportunity to develop leadership skills in a fun, dynamic setting!

Who we’re looking for

You are between 16 and 20 years old, enjoy sports and creative activities and love being part of a team.

Language skills

You speak English fluently (B2+) and have good German skills (A2+). Camp life runs in English – but we switch to German whenever needed.

What you’ll do

Support counselors in activities, coach younger campers, bring the energy, live our core values and help create a safe, inclusive camp atmosphere every day.
